- You own the rights to the submitted content or have permission to use it
- The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
- The content complies with applicable laws and regulations
You agree to indemnify and hold CustomCap.uk harmless against any claims arising from the use of submitted artwork.
We reserve the right to refuse any design that may violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
- Update product prices without prior notice
- Correct pricing errors
- Modify promotional offers at any time
Full payment or an agreed deposit may be required before production begins.

5. Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all digital proofs, mockups, and artwork approvals before production.
Once artwork approval has been provided:

CustomCap.uk is not responsible for errors approved by the customer during the proofing process.
6. Production & Delivery
Production times vary depending on:

Estimated production and delivery dates are provided as guidelines only.
While we make every effort to meet stated deadlines, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Courier delays

7. Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout unless otherwise specified.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
